Costook User Agreement

By installing or using Costook, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. The service
Costook provides local bookkeeping tools, including books, transactions, assets, budgets, import and export, widgets, application lock, themes, languages, and currencies. Costook is an offline application and does not provide an account or cloud service.
2. Your data
You decide what to enter, import, export, edit, and delete. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for keeping your device and exported files secure. Make backups before changing devices or clearing application data.
3. Acceptable use
You must use Costook lawfully and must not use it to create, store, or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others. You must not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or misuse the application except as permitted by law.
4. Intellectual property
Costook and its source materials, design, and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This agreement grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the released application on devices you control.
5. Availability and changes
Costook is provided as released for offline use. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features in a future release. Changes to this agreement will be included in a future app release.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Costook is provided without guarantees that it will be error-free or meet every requirement. You remain responsible for reviewing records and maintaining independent backups.
